RV Park

Situated in a heavily wooded and rustic setting, Marina@Rowena’s RV Park is in a highly desirable location just 1/4 mile from the marina. Each site features unique layouts with some accommodating up to 45’ Class A Motor coaches.

All RVs must be self-contained as the park does not offer bath house or restroom facilities.

No primitive camping is available.

All sites are Full-Hookup with access to 30/50amp shore power, city water, direct septic connections and include a 12’x20’ treated wood deck.

SEASONAL RATE: Starting at $3,450

Make sure that you reserve early to secure a season spot in the RV Park. The form below begins the process. Marina@Rowena requires a $500 non-refundable earnest deposit per RV site to join our waitlist. Deposit amounts will be applied to the seasonal rental fee once a space is made available to you.

                             TRANSIENT RATES:  $65.00 / night

Transient reservations are available on a space available basis by calling 606-206-7488.

Full payment is due at time of transient reservation.

Holiday & peak periods require 3-night minimum stay.

CANCELLATION/RESERVATION CHANGE POLICY: This is a very seasonal business with little walk-in traffic, which necessitates a firm cancellation policy; Refunds can be given in the event of cancellation with reasonable notice.

• More than 60-day notice: 75% of your rental fee will be refunded
• 45- to 60-day notice: 50% of your rental fee will be refunded
• 30- to 45-day notice: 25% of your rental fee will be refunded

Changes to confirmed reservations will incur a $25 fee for each reservation item.  No reservation changes or reschedules permitted less than 30 days before arrival date. Less than 30-day notice will result in a forfeit of payment. If Renter cancels less than 30 days prior to arrival date, renter will be obligated to pay ALL RENTAL payments specified, and all monies received will be retained.
